Zen and the Art of Change

About

As someone who’s worked at the sharp end of organisational change and a long-term mindfulness practitioner, this blog is my attempt to share my musings on how, with a more open-minded approach, we can flourish and not be, as is so often the case, eternally crushed.

Please feel free to check out the archives and leave a comment. It’s always great to get your take on what it means to walk the path between what we know is possible and what we actually experience in our lives.
