January 2015 – My 3 Words

As January 2015 starts, I think to myself what do I want to achieve this year? What do I want to focus on and where will my life’s journey take me. So thinking about all of this, my three words are:

Mindful – my aim of continuing to practice every day mindfulness, mindful movement, mindful breadth and mindful thought and action.

Learn – Use this year to learn new skills and abilities, especially in the counselling and hypnotherapy arena.

Enjoy – Enjoy the moments with the family, friends and colleagues.
